Early & Meneo, LLP and its affiliated entities represent numerous individuals who were injured as a result of taking the Diet Drugs Pondimin (fenfluramine) and Redux (dexfenfluramine). Many of these clients are represented in the Nationwide Diet Drug Settlement under which we have prosecuted numerous claims representing many different levels of injury. We recently represented the family of a young woman who died after taking Diet Drugs. On their behalf, we zealously prosecuted one of the few, if not only, successful claims based on a finding of endocardial fibrosis.
In addition to claims under the Nationwide Diet Drug Settlement, Early & Meneo, LLP and its affiliated entities also represent individuals who have been diagnosed with Primary Pulmonary Hypertension (PPH), a serious lung disease that has been associated with the use of Diet Drugs. These cases are outside of the Nationwide Settlement and are litigated as "stand-alone" personal injury cases.
