Sulzer®
The Sulzer® hip replacement joint was taken off the market after the FDA received reports that the device had failed in many patients. The manufacturer of the defective prosthesis, Sulzer Medica®, entered into a class action settlement that provided compensation to people whose Sulzer® hip replacement joints had failed.
Early & Meneo, LLP and its affiliated entities have represented several people who underwent revision surgery to replace their defective Sulzer® hip joints.
